Laura has more than two decades of experience as a creative director and visual designer. For ten of those years, she was a creative director and principal with Hot Studio in San Francisco and New York. While there, she worked with a wide variety of clients including TED Conference, SFMOMA, California Academy of Sciences, El Museo del Barrio, UN-Habitat, MarketWatch, Adobe, Charles Schwab, LeapFrog, University of California San Francisco, and Warner Music. Laura received her Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder and was an illustration and graphic design scholarship student at California College of Arts.

Cody has more than two decades of experience as an independent design consultant. In addition to designing and providing production support, Cody serves as the project manager and primary contact for all communications with the team. Before forming Percolate, Cody worked with clients including the Global Reporting Initiative, California Academy of Sciences, University of California Berkeley, City of San Francisco, City of Boulder Planning Department, Arup, and Sasaki Associates. Cody received his Bachelors of Environmental Design in Urban Planning from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
